- Service Helpers and Drivers: First name, delivery address, allergy notes, access codes, and special instructions — only what is necessary to complete your request.

6. Profile Recipients and Invited Users
When an Account Holder adds another person (such as a family member) to their account:
- The invited person receives an SMS and/or email with a link to accept our Terms & Conditions and create their own account login.
- The invited person may edit their own address, preferences, and provider preferences through their login.
- All changes — whether made by the Account Holder or the Profile Recipient — are permanently logged with a timestamp and the identity of who made the change.
- Account Holders can view the full audit history of any profile on their account.
- Profile Recipients can request removal of their information by contacting us at legal@bontempsnola.com.
7. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Order history and audit logs are retained for a minimum of 7 years for legal and safety purposes, even after account deletion.
- Deleted profiles are archived — not permanently erased — and the deletion event is itself logged with a timestamp and actor ID.
- You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will fulfill such requests to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage (AWS), secure HTTPS transmission, and access controls to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at legal@bontempsnola.com.
